Keto tuna casserole

This is far from the casserole that my mother prepared as a child. Take celery, onions, peppers, and a few more ingredients and the yummy keto is ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter

  • 1 pc spiny onion

  • 1 pc Green bell pepper

  • 150 g Celery

    celery stalks

  • 450 g Canned Tuna

    in olive oil

  • 225 ml Mayonnaise

  • 110 g Parmesan cheese

    • grated

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper

  • 175 gSpinach

  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil

When the "mouse hangs itself" in the fridge and freezer, canned tuna is a real savior. Choose a quality product, preferably in olive oil rather than sunflower oil.

Mayonnaise for this recipe should be prepared according to our instructions.

Steps

Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Chop the onion, bell pepper and celery into small pieces. Fry in butter until light soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, parmesan and chili flakes on a greased baking sheet. Add stir-fried vegetables and stir.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until a delicious golden brown crust.

Serve with baby spinach and olive oil.
